PPG Launch PPGOS 2.0, Committed in Giving Best Services to the Customer

RAWA SUMUR, April 5, 2021 Parit Padang Global (PPG) as one of the leading pharmaceutical distributor, launched newest update from PPGOS (direct order apps for customer) called PPGOS 2.0, with the new user interface that is very easy to use, comfortable, reliable, and safe. Assisted by one of the best UI consultant in Indonesia, PPGOS carried out a facelift with a new UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) for a better use experience.

PPGOS first launched in September 2019, and now already operate in serving 11% from total order of Parit Padang Global, giving ensurance in ordering process because the customers can directly order with transparent price and discount and interfaced real time to Parit Padang core system SAP.

“We totally change the PPGOS 2.0 interface, together with launcing new features such as : recommended product, most popular product, and the apps made very easy to do ordering process, we can even order by only one click away. IT team has also carried out significant improvement in the area of system performance and security especially on high traffic hours.” Said Bapak Privera Pradiptha, Senior Manager eCommerce Distribution.
